Phillip Boykin, founder and CEO of IQLAND, has a distinguished two-decade career in real estate. He began in mortgage originations ultimately advancing to a leadership role at Deutsche Bank (NYC) where he managed a team of 10 originators. In 2023, recognizing the repetitiveness of the real estate planning process and the opportunity to solve these with artificial intelligence, Phillip launched IQLAND to leverage this technology for small developers.

Jannae Gammage, founder and CEO of Foresight, a serial entrepreneur dedicated to building AI-powered software solutions that move the needle for businesses big and small. Her most successful solution, Kansas City based company The Market Base, won numerous awards for it's innovation and ingenuity leading to it's acquisition in early 2022.

He is currently the Chairman and CEO of Adelphi Bank, a new bank that is located in a historic black neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio.

Mike Senzaki is the Chief Financial Officer at Uncle Nearest, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles in major corporations such as Nike and Ernst & Young (formerly Arthur Andersen). Mike has a strong background in finance, with a particular emphasis on raising capital in the middle market, honed over years of working in fast-paced, global environments. 

Jonathan has nearly 20 years of high-end design experience focused on integrating digital fabrication and social engagement into the design process. He approaches design with an overall goal of having a major positive impact on communities in need. For Jonathan, architecture is a medium through which people can be connected and inspired by giving tangible being to ideas.

Robert leverages his experiences in banking, law, real estate development, and consulting to lead America’s only Black-owned multibank holding company, Carver Financial Corporation, and its operating subsidiaries, Carver State Bank in Savannah, GA and Alamerica Bank in Birmingham, AL, which was acquired in 2022.

Under Robert’s leadership, Carver has increased its equity capital by 5X, won $80 million in New Markets Tax Credits from the U.S. Treasury—the first ever in Georgia for a community bank or entity outside Atlanta—and created hundreds of jobs in distressed communities across the state. Robert also led the first ever all-Black bank syndicate to finance a project for a major American sports franchise, the 2021 refinancing of the Atlanta Hawks’ practice facility.

​​Ms. Waddell, a 34-year veteran of McDonald’s Corporation where she retired as a Corporate Vice President in U.S. Operations, developed her talents in real estate while developing sites for McDonald’s Restaurant Corporation. She also held leadership positions in the areas of Restaurant Development, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Operations. But it was Ms. Waddell’s involvement with real estate site selection, site development, and restaurant construction that was a natural fit with her passion for real estate, and the catalyst to run her own development, real estate and luxury custom home building company. Ms. Waddell is nationally recognized by Crain’s Business Magazine as one of Fortune 500’s “Women at the Top.”
